Terms of Service

Failure to collect packages within 7 days will attract an automatic fee of $120 JMD per day for storage fee.

Packages that are not collected after 30 days will be auctioned to regain our clearance cost.

When collecting packages, it is mandatory that you provide a form of identification in addition to your signature.

It is essential that you check all packages before leaving the office.

If an item is delivered to our overseas address and cannot be located and was not signed for by one of our employees, we will not be held responsible.
